(1)    Choose the best estate planning package suited to your needs under the Estate Plans & Prices link;

(2)    Provide the information requested below and click the submit button and we will send the questionnaire* by mail or email;

(3)    Complete the questionnaire.*  For married couples, both individuals need to complete their own questionnaire.  If you have any questions, you may call us at (303) 521-3400 or email at clinton@coloradoetrust.com;

(4)    Email the completed questionnaire* to us at clinton@coloradoetrust.com or fax it to (888)729-9455;

(5)    Upon our receipt of your questionnaire*, we will review your answers and contact you if needed.  Then we seek to prepare and deliver your customized estate plan within three (3) business days;

(6)    Receive you estate plan by email or regular mail;

(7)    Execute your estate plan in the presence of two witnesses and a notary public.  If you chose one of the Trust packages, you will also need to retitle your assets in the name of your Trust; and

(8)    You are finished.
