The Colorado Probate Avoidance Trust Package

The Probate Avoidance Trust is for those who want to avoid a Colorado probate, but are not seeking asset protection and prefer to leave their assets outright and free of trust to their beneficiaries.  Additional information about the Probate Avoidance Trust includes:

  • If you are single, trust provides for outright distributions to your beneficiaries upon your passing;
  • If you are married, trust provides for assets to be held in trust for benefit of surviving spouse and then outright to remainder beneficiaries upon spouse’s passing;
